Hey buddy, go to this site and download the latest moded firmware for your R4. I think the last version is v1.28

Many Thanks TAVI_BV, Mine is R4 Revolution DS, last update was v1.19
You correctly refer to the latest R4 SDHC kernal upgrade v1.28 (v1.29 now available)
but won't work in R4 Revo' Ds, two black screens, top screen reads LOADING.....
Just have to upgrade to newer R4. Best wishes.

Sorry, I was mistaken. I also have the same R4, the first one, so it doesn't work either...I'll search for a new firmware specially for the old R4
