I still havent got done with download (no thanks to u lol xp) but il help u out.Ive read in other forums about the "steam problem" and it has to do with u not installing the crack properly.There is a file called "Razor1911" in DVD1 and that is the crack folder.Just copy the contents of the "Razor1911" folder in DVD1 into the directory where u installed Napoleon Total work and it should resolve the Steam error.
It worked with other games that had to be run using Steam if u were gonna by the game legit,so just apply the crack correctly et Viola!!!

I forgot,if the crack thing doesnt work cuz i read that it hasnt helped alot of ppl so ima give u another solution that solved the problem...here is the link to Call of duty Modern Warfare 2 running on Steam also and it worked after installing it with a program called Phoenix...Dont worry,the link has a Step by Step guide in how to use Phoenix to install Napoleon Total war,Modern Warfare or any other game using Steam to run it...Cheers!!!
