About the speed: almost 4 hours of downloading (2.92 GB done so far), average speed 237.3kb/s, 15 hours left.
And i guess that speed will rise, because the amount of seeders is growing.

there are some ways that games work here.
when there is alot of files u need to extract one file with RAR and then open with daemon tools.
another way is that there is already one file and u only need to open with daemon tools.
and the last way is that there is one RAR that u need to extract and after extracting u just install well thats it i hope i helped

I'm having a bit of trouble as there seemed to be no readme included with the file.

I've download, extracted (the weird file) with winrar, mounted both DVDs with Daemon Tools Lite and installed but when I click play I am getting this error;

"The program can't start because d3dx10_39.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem"

I'm thinking this is related to DirectX 10, the crack, need to regedit or download that missing file.

Running Windows 7 64bit.
Any help would be appreciated. Still seeding.

As a newb to torrenting, I found these instructions fairly helpful. I was at 15-26kB/s then after changing my connection settings it shot to 40-116 kB/s and it's been pretty steady ever since. It cut my approx. download time by 2-4 days. I have another 11 hours to go and will upload soon.

hey guys, i've downloaded this torrent, unrarred it but it's not an iso so i can not mount it. i tried to install the game and everything is fine during the installation until it asks for disk 2. how can i get it to install the contents of disc2 if i can't copy it to a disc because it's not an iso. i have all the contents of disc 2 on my hard drive but when it says "Please insert the next disc (Disc2) there is no way to do so because it's just a file on my hd. How can I get it to see the folder.

I notice lots of people having problems trying to play it after you install it.
Fist you extract cd1 and cd2
Mount cd1 it with a program (iso mount or whatever)
Install it then it will ask you to insert cd 2
Mount cd2 and continue
Once installation completes mount cd1 and open up your 'my computer' and click on Mass effect 2
Install and then enter one of these cd key when it ask

I downloaded the game (rzr-me2a.iso + rzr-me2b.iso), I made a folder (mass effect 2) and exctracted the contents of both isos, rzr-me2a.iso and rzr-me2b.iso, in that folder. I used virtual clone drive to mount both isos and then tried installing it. Almost at the end of the installation it abruptly stops and I get an installation failed (a data error occurred) message. Can someone please help me with this seemingly insurmountable problem?

For those of you who have slow DownLoad speeds use port forwarding

if you have a linksys router go to 192.168.1.1 in your internet browser

log onto you router

select the applications and gaming tab

under application name enter your bit torrent app. (mine is azureus) set the first set of ports to 49152 and the second set to 65535

I unrared the files and mounted the iso's. Installed the game fine, used the keygen, put the crack in the binary file but when I try to run the game it closes and says to send an error report, can anyone help, I already tried updating my drivers and it should be able to run on this computer. for those who have problems with fereezing etc u have to install patch 1.01 and then single core fix and put the game in windowed mode but full size and then the crack at gamecopywrold and u are ready to go. it worked for me !

i feel really dumb but ive unrar the files but for some odd reason i cant find the .iso files..... i just downloaded bioshock 2 from razor and got it to work fine but this mass effect 2 game seems to only have the actual game files, so when it asks to enter cd 2 i got nothing to mount

I downloaded this torrent over 15 days. Now I am unable to extract the RAR files. I get the error " The archeive is either in unknown format or damaged" IN Win rar. I also used 7-Zip to extract the DVD 1 files but I am unable to mount the extractd file rzr-me2a in Daemon tool nor extract it/ read it. The same goes for DVD 2.

I also tried to extract all the files in DVD 1 folder using Winrar but the logger showed error in all the files and none were extracted.

Please help!!!! I am still seeding.

Found CRC errors in all the files against the .sfv file. The entire download has been corrupted.

The ISO wont appear if you are running it at XP. Just using Vista or WIN7 this kind of ISO can be read.
Windows XP dont "recognize" this kind of ISO.

Mass Effect 2 files are ok, its just your OS that cant "recognize" the ISO.
It happened to me some day, so I transfered the .rar to a WIN 7 and woow there was ISO file...

Well... In my mind u guys are using XP OS.

I downloaded those files. When I open the folder it show me 2 folders: DVD1 and DVD2, but when I open DVD1, there is 79 files with the name: rzr-me2a.001, rzr-me2a.002, etc. The types of these files are : 001 file, 002 file, ect. I tried to merge them all with a software but the file its giving me can't be mounted as an ISO. I run win vista 32bit. I have winrar, but there is no zipped file in DVD1. Pls say me what to do with these files or I'll be obligated to do the easy but long way and download all the game again in a ISO file version. Thanks in advance !

I just found the solution.

-with winRar go to the file location : masseffect2/DVD1
-select the file named rzr-me2a.001 and press extract to button to extract it
-just unzip the zipped file after that
-mount the iso
-install the game-play !

hmm i seem to have a problem with the installation file, i can extract, mount and all that but when i install the game it pops up with "Installation Failed, the installation of Mass Effect 2 has failed. A data error occured."

hey guys im having trouble installing this, it says to unzip the rar files then mount them, but i havnt got any rar files to be unzipped.. where do i get the image file that needs to be mounted so i can install??

hey dw i found out out to install it, right click on rzr-me2b.001 click open with and click winrar or winzip, then it opens winzip containing the iso file, just double click the iso file and it will start extracting the iso automatically and bam! done thanks for the torrent :)

i googled it and every 1 who had this problem couldn't solve it.

If people who are downloading would open up their upload speeds while downloading, everyone would benefit. Right now, the highest peer upload speed is 35 kb/s, I have uploaded 2.5 gb and counting, if people weren't so selfish it would be finished much faster and most people could get easily 200 kb/s dl speeds while uploading themselves.

im so fn confused!!?!?!? ok so i download the torrent.

next i would extract both dvd 1 and dvd 2 on in to a folder correct?

well the setup,autorun, dx, all that crap shows up right? witch file from that point do i utilize into deamon to mount the cd. i cant find cd 1 or cd 2. however, i did install it without mounting anything and i somehow installed it regardless. the only thig is that once i would click on play it would say cd not authenticated. i tried to mount the .exe and still didnt work. wtf am i doing wrong?

right click on the first rzr file properties & open with WINrar then u can extract it.make sure u copied the crack from the razor folder in disc 1 . DONT NOT UPDATE THE GAME.hope this helped u guys
